Audit scope and submission note
This inventory is based on LGX account, player, roster, invitation, demo-request, game, video and notification structures and usage analytics. It is a preparation aid, not a completed Apple App Privacy or Google Play Data Safety declaration. Verify deployed SDK behavior, provider contracts, actual retention, children’s use and any future advertising before answering store questionnaires.
Contact information and identifiers
Email, names and account/user IDs: account access, invitations, team administration, demo follow-up and consent audit. Invite and demo contacts can belong to non-users. Linked to identity; supplied directly or by authorized organizers. Optional sponsor marketing uses require opt-in.
Player information
Jersey number, gender, city/state, photo, social links, biography, sport and position: sports identity and roster features. Profile information is linked to a player and may be public. City/state and venue addresses are supplied locations; they do not by themselves establish collection of GPS location.
User content and media
Game recordings, recorded audio where enabled, uploaded photos, highlight clips, thumbnails, descriptions and issue reports: recording, playback and sports history. Processed by LGX infrastructure and Mux; often linked to identifiable participants. Review Apple Photos or Videos / Audio Data and Google Photos and videos / Audio files / Other user-generated content categories as applicable.
Sports and interaction information
Scores, game events, team membership, stats, ratings, awards, standings, invitations, preferences and consent choices: app functionality and sports history. Linked to accounts or player profiles; some public. These are sporting performance records, not a claim that medical or HealthKit data is collected.
Usage, devices and diagnostics
Page visits, app interactions, session/device/browser information, network metadata, errors, recording device identifiers and upload diagnostics: analytics, security and app operation. Native notification registration is handled by the native app/providers. Confirm exact identifiers and retention with the shipped native build and service providers.
Sharing, tracking and deletion disclosures
Separate public/user-directed sharing from processor access and legal disclosures when completing store forms; each store defines sharing differently. The sponsor preference is not Apple tracking authorization. No tracking SDK is added by this consent feature; do not claim no tracking across all providers without verifying their behavior. Account deletion currently unlinks profiles and preserves sports/media history. Confirm a public deletion-request URL, operator contact, retention policy and moderation process before submission.
