Agreement and scope
These terms govern use of LGX, a platform for recreational sports organizations and players. By affirmatively agreeing, you accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use an LGX account. Optional marketing and phone notifications are not conditions of membership. This document is a draft for operator and legal review before store submission.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have any required parent or guardian approval. Children under 13 must not independently register. Provide accurate account details, keep credentials secure and use only accounts or player profiles you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Club and league administrators must have authority to act for their organizations.
The sports service
LGX provides roster, competition, schedule, scoring, statistics, rating, award and video tools. Organizers remain responsible for sporting rules, venue permissions, officiating, participant safety and event operations. LGX is not a referee, medical service, insurer or emergency service. Scores, automated ratings and highlights may contain errors or delays; use available correction and review processes. Participation in sports involves risks that LGX does not control.
Your content and recordings
You retain rights you hold in uploaded content. You grant LGX a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display and distribute that content as reasonably needed to provide the features you use, including video transcoding, highlights, thumbnails and public sports histories. This license does not grant unrelated sponsor advertising rights. You must have permission to upload names, photos, social links, recordings and other content, including required consent from recorded participants and parents or guardians. Do not upload content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights.
Public sports history
Profiles, standings, results, awards and published highlights may be public and may be shared by other users. Turning off marketing does not make core player profiles, stats or leaderboards private. Account deletion removes account access and memberships but does not automatically erase historical profiles, game records or recordings. The Privacy Policy describes the current deletion behavior and privacy rights.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, upload unlawful or exploitative content, expose private information without authority, send spam, manipulate results fraudulently, bypass access controls, scrape personal data for unsolicited marketing or interfere with the service. Do not create or claim a player profile belonging to someone else without permission. Report disputed media through the highlight reporting tools and contact the operator about abuse or rights violations.
Administration and moderation
Authorized club and league staff may manage their events and review submissions. LGX may restrict or remove content or suspend access for violations, unlawful conduct, security risks or operational necessity. Where appropriate and legally required, affected users will receive notice and an opportunity to contact the operator for review. Nothing in these terms limits legally protected complaint or appeal rights.
Communications and preferences
Operational communications may include account security, invitations and team activity. Phone alerts for game starts, finals and highlights depend on your LGX choices, device permission and delivery providers; receipt is not guaranteed. Sponsor promotions and marketing require an optional opt-in and can be withdrawn in Account Settings. Declining optional choices does not prevent using club or player features.
Paid features and third parties
Any paid plan or purchase is subject to the price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms displayed when you purchase and applicable store rules and law. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. Third-party sites, embedded content and providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and do not administer LGX competitions.
Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, accurate automated results or permanent storage. To the extent allowed by applicable law, LGX is provided as available without implied warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud, gross negligence or personal injury where applicable.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using LGX or delete your account in Account Settings. You can withdraw optional choices at any time; withdrawing the required agreement means you must stop using the account. Relevant obligations concerning past conduct, records, content rights and legal claims may survive termination. We may update these terms with notice of material changes and obtain new agreement where required by law.
Disputes and contact
Contact the LGX operator using the support contact published with the service or store listing to seek resolution of a concern, report infringement or ask about these terms. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern disputes; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to remedies provided by law. Before publication, the operator must confirm its legal identity, support contact, jurisdiction and any additional legally required notices.
